Our Client is an European leading private equity real estate investment manager with a focus on shopping centres and hotels.
Descrizione
Main responsibilities:

Conceives holistic strategy for property management and accounting services to be provided by Client

Networks strategically with Client’s service providers

Coordinates escalation issues concerning service providers

Represents the Client at investor meetings or similar

Maintains a regular contact with the Portfolio Development Director

Set-up and manages a small business unit (up to 2-3 persons)

Commercial Property Management main activities:

Ancillary Costs (tenant settlement)

Management of advertising association/ marketing budget

Management of mall activities

Investor’s reporting

Profilo del Candidato
The ideal candidate:

Degree in economics

From 10 years onwards of experience in the real estate sector

Solid network in real estate / property management and international collaboration experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organisational and stress management skills, and a propensity for teamwork

Sense of responsibility and a deadline-oriented culture

Proactivity, flexibility and resilience

Very good Microsoft 365 skills

Fluent in English
